■AI Vision inspection system (RS007L）

AI vision inspection system combines Kawasaki’s small, general-purpose robot, “RS007L” with Roxy AI. Thanks to AI, experts are not needed for automated inspections in which threshold values are difficult to quantify from image recognition.
Direct communication between Roxy AI and the robot controller eliminates the necessity of intermediate devices such as a PLC, making the system configuration simple.
In addition, the calibration function enables processing of the object for inspection.

■Automated off-line robot teaching software “KCONG”

Costs for complicated robot programming can be reduced by automatic generation of the robot programs from the 3D CAD data of the workpiece.
It supports high-mix, low-volume production without expert knowledge of robot operations and programming.
